The Food and Nutrition Board says that 97% of Americans fall in the 20-30 nanograms per milliliter of blood serum. The Vitamin D Council says the healthy range is 50-80 nanograms! Needless to say, I then assume that 97% of Americans fall into less than healthy range!
The article over at vitamindcouncil.org continues saying that our life expectancy (how long we expect to live ) can be drastically extended by adding more vitamin d to our diets.
I’ve checked the levels of vitamin d in the food supplement that I take and I’m covered.
There is a great article over at ProBlogger from earlier this year:
What I loved about this article was how Darren Rowse at ProBlogger not only gives the keys to how he built his foundation but also the reasons why he chose to go about it the way he did.
The 4 keys according to Darren are

1 Content
2 Promotion
3 Community
4 Capture Contacts
I hadn’t heard of Darren Rowse until Ty Tribble recommended that I stop over at Problogger and have a bro
wse. Great content! And we have something in common..photography! His main blog is about photography and uses his success there to teach bloggers how do start a blog right and maintain it! Check out his photography site here
So I’m following Mr.TT to the T! He makes it so easy to follow and implement his advice to developing my marketing hub. Thanks Ty.
This Blog may look simple but you should see what lies behind the scenes and what potential there is in using a blog as your marketing hub. Just click on the banner on the right side of this page to find out…
I’ve just started following Ty’s MLM Blog Secret course and I’m excited to share my first post! This is the culmination of 11 years frustration of trying to build my network marketing company with the traditional mindset. Making a list…friends, family, other breathing creatures… identifying their ambition level …as if I had the skill for that…call them…arrange a meeting…in 3 months i called 900 names…booked 130 meetings…showed 90 plans…and got no signups…
The frustrating part of it is that I still see the results of offline network marketing; I see that some still make it! But I’m on a new track that is bound to be more successful.
So who am I?
Nils, 37, husband and father of 2 ( 1yr and 5yrs), Physical Therapist since 1997, love an active lifestyle and see that nutrition plays a huge role in my wellbeing.
I was asked a question in 1999 that really hit home. Remember, I was relatively new in the field of Physio. A good friend asked me to assess the leaders in my industry and really think hard if their lifestyle was what I was aiming for. Wow, I had never thought about that…I then looked to Physios that I knew of who had at least 20 years experience…one thing hit home! They were working 0800-1900 3 days a week!! Not by choice.
This was the beginning of an adventure that has been most frustrating but at the same time very rewarding! Keep posted
